    Ordered sandwiches at 8:25pm last night. order was confirmed. After about an hour I started calling nobody picked up would just ring and ring. Called about 10 times before 10pm. My sandwiches NEVER came. But I paid for it. Money from my card came out my bank account. Today as of now still dont have sandwiches or even a call letting me know whats going on. Unacceptable. Reporting to better business bureau. Have not gotten my money back so far either. Unfortunately I have to give one star since you cant give sero.

    Whoever owns this location seriously needs to check on the lack of customer service provided by their managers. I placed my order online at 8:00pm. The status changed to "out for delivery" at 8:02pm. I called the store at 8:30 and asked where my order was. I don't know what "manager" I spoke with, but he only offered excuses. He confirmed that the driver left at 8:02 and had one delivery before mine. There was no apology, only the excuse that he only had one driver, annoyed tone that I'd have the audacity to check on my "freaky fast" order and then he hung up on me. Our food arrived at 8:45 and because I had vinegar and oil on my sandwich the bread was completely soggy. We also didn't get our requested condiment packets and napkins. Very, very disappointed. The driver, however, was very apologetic and kind. Edit: The GM called shortly after I wrote my original review. He was apologetic and seemed to really want to make things right. Our last two deliveries have been prompt and well made. Tonight's order in particular is AMAZING! Thank you JJ for dinner tonight!

    Never had a problem with this store before today. I placed an order and within a couple minutes I got confirmation that the store received my order. Usually it takes no more than 20 minutes max, usually less because I live really close. However, 20 minutes later, I still hadn’t heard anything. Then, I called the store THREE times and it just continuously rang with no answer. I had to call the Bandera & 1604 location, speak to a manger there, who then called this store for me to figure what happened with my order. They finally got my order ready and sent to me, but it took nearly an hour from the order time to arrival time. When I got the sandwich, it was missing a topping, had an extra, un-ordered topping, and wasn’t cut in half. And the Dr. Pepper I ordered was super watered down because the ice had all melted. Very disgruntled

    It's funny that someone said that they always get it right. My experience is the polar opposite. I order the same thing, every single time (20+) at the same location, and it is rarely right. They do nothing to make it right. On the rare occasion that it is correct, it is an awesome place. Not to mention that their online menu conveniently leaves out prices and does not allow us to use if cash is the preferred method of payment. UPDATE! They still can't get my basic order right. They are at around 5% accuracy. This place is a joke. They don't care about much there. That I can certainly see.
